• If specialised lifting or height access equipment is required onsite it is the responsibility of the client to provide this equipment.

• Good quality lighting or IR is to be maintained by the client, to facilitate night time monitoring and recording for non-thermal cameras.

• Client to assist ADES in adjusting the arm/disarm schedule, should the system be producing to many false alarms while armed.

• Area where the transmission/recording equipment is stored to have limited access (ideally management only).

• Key holder to be appointed to allow emergency services access to premises when necessary.

• ADES to be notified if the system/camera is moved, or the system protocol has changed since it was commissioned.

• ADES is not an insurer, it is the responsibility of the client to ensure adequate insurance cover is in place in respect of the monitored property and the assets within.
