ADES carry out thorough on-site servicing every six months to physically inspect your cameras, speakers, and hardware. This includes cleaning lenses, testing performance, and making sure everything remains compliant and effective in the field for all active systems.

ADES conducts weekly remote maintenance on all active systems to ensure optimal performance.

Step One

Site Security Survey + Plan

This allows us to view your site, existing infrastructure, pressure points and curate a tailored security plan and quote for success.

Step Two

Installation & Comissioning

Once your proposal is accepted, we will secure a date to install any cameras required for your site or commission the system into the existing hardware.

Step Three

Site Protocol Set Up

We work with you to set up you site specific rules and requests as well as walk you through the Netwatch app. This allows us to enter ‘Comissioning’ phase which is 3-4 days testing everything is working efficiently before becoming live & monitored.

Step Four

Live Monitoring

Once set-up and comissioning is complete, your site is officially being LIVE monitored by Netwatch within your specific requirements.
